H.O.P.E. stands for Helping Our Place Escape (loneliness, isolation, boredom, social distancing, etc.). These gatherings are exclusively for members of our Friendship House community, to give them a chance to spend time together virtually via Zoom. While together online, we check in with one another, we support and encourage each other, we remind ourselves we have a temporary situation, we deepen friendship and laugh together, and we remind ourselves to keep healthy practices (washing hands, wearing masks).
