Tennessee's Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities’ 4th annual Enabling Technology Summit will take place November 17-18 at Nashville's Millennium Maxwell House Hotel from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm both days. The summit promises two days of learning about emerging technologies and how technology can benefit both people and providers. Dr. Shea Tanis will be the keynote speaker. DIDD also will be offering tours of the Middle Tennessee Tech Home before and after the summit, and will have a virtual reality station to try some of the technologies available for people supported to use.
