Storytime

Four adventurous siblings -- Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie -- step through a wardrobe door and into the land of Narnia, a land frozen in eternal winter and enslaved by the power of the White Witch. But when almost all hope is lost, the return of the Great Lion, Aslan, signals a great change . . . and a great sacrifice. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is the second book in C.S. Lewis's classic fantasy series The Chronicles of Narnia, which has been captivating readers of all ages with a magical land and unforgettable characters for over 70 years. All participants have to do is sit back and listen while actor Henry O. "Chip" Arnold reads us this enchanting magical series. He'll read us a few chapters at each gathering, and then we'll talk about what's going on with the characters. This is our fourth Storytime session, and which direction it moves in will depend on the interests of the participants: reading and discussion, how participants can write their own stories, or even into a Bible study. Storytime will take place on Sunday afternoons from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Zoom. Contact Carolyn Naifeh for more information.

Please note that there will be no Storytime on February 14, Valentine’s Day. Storytime will resume on Sunday, February 21.
