In this class, participants will review the techniques they've been learning about the past three weeks, trying out the techniques covered earlier and exploring other topics of interest related to having quality conversations. This last class on reading the room will be led by Nancy Nolan, Lecturer in Vanderbilt University's Department of Human and Organizational Development.
