Life Skills Class: Emergency Preparedness

Who do you go to if you want to know what to do in case of emergency? Heidi Mariscal is the Planning, Training and Exercise Program Manager for the Nashville Office of Emergency Management. She also serves as an on-call responder and is available 24/7 for emergency situations. Ms. Mariscal has an MEP, and as a Master Exercise Practitioner is a Subject Matter Expert. So bring any questions you have about what to do in case of a tornado, power outage, flooding . . . questions specific to your own home or a general question on what is typically recommended. Join us from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at the Easley Community Center, located at 1000 Edgehill Avenue. Non-Friendship House residents must wear masks or show proof of vaccination.
