Parents and other family members of our Friendship House residents usually meet the first Tuesday of the month. After taking a break in July, they will celebrate the end of summer and beginning of a new school year on a Sunday, with a potluck supper from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at River Park in Brentwood. Families whose loved ones live at a Friendship House or whose loved ones are on our waiting list are welcome. The group meets under a spacious covered picnic shelter, so no rain date is needed. There is plenty of free parking. Please contact Mary Bers to RSVP and coordinate what you'll be bringing so there aren't a dozen broccoli rice casseroles!
