Empowered Ladies are two social groups of people with disabilities who identify as female. The ladies gather to talk, learn, laugh, and empower one another. Participants exchange authentic life experiences with their peers. It’s a chance to say, “I matter!”

The group meets virtually on the second Wednesday of the month unless otherwise indicated. There is a group from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm, and a second group from 5:00 pm- 6:30pm.
