Life can be hard sometimes, and we need different tools in our toolbox to help us deal with the business, stress, and difficulty that comes with it. One of those tools that many people use is called Mindfulness, which is a practice that helps us dial out the noise in life and focus on the present moment.
Mindful Nashville is a therapeutic practice in Nashville that does mindfulness, meditation and yoga in groups and with individual clients. We are so lucky and excited to have two of their staff, Angela Mueller and Ione Clarke join us to teach us all about quieting our mind, and focusing on the moment. They will be focusing on dealing with stress and anxiety, as well as being affirming and kind to ourselves through this practice.
