United Sound’s mission is to remove barriers and foster social change through music. The organization’s Belmont University group fosters friendship through music, providing an uplifting environment in which people are met where they are, where friendships and accomplishment are created, and where program participants are given the chance to show off their musical talents!

The group, which meets Sunday afternoons on the Belmont campus, will be leading our Monday night life skills class this evening, letting us see the kinds of exciting experiences we can have when we love music. One of our Friendship House residents, Gregory, has been participating in United Sound this year and you can see for yourself how satisfying one’s accomplishments can be.
