Join Metro Parks DisABILITIES for a Acting Class through a partnership with Dream w/ Me Nashville on Friday afternoons from 2:00 - 3:00 at the Centennial Performing Arts Center, Blackbox Theater. Students will write sketches and then produce them. They will learn acting, writing and directing in this six week workshop. The sketches will be shown at a performance event at the end of the workshop, on March 4th. The cost is $60 for the 6-week workshop. The group will produce one to three sketches.

Debby Throckmorton is the founder of Dream w/Me and has been teaching acting for over 20 years. Her students have gone on to receive acting parts in Tim Burton's "Alice and Wonderland", "Hannah Montana" the movie and her student Rivers will be in the new "A Christmas Story Christmas". They have also performed on television on "Hannah Montana", "Bunk'd", "Miracle Worker", "The Orville" and many more.
