Make Your Voice Heard: State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL)

Every three years, the Statewide Independent Living Council and the Centers for Independent Living develop a State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL). The Plan is informed by the expressed needs of people living with disabilities across the State of Tennessee.

Now is the time to have your voice heard and represented in the next SPIL.

Join Empower Tennessee on Tuesday, April 11th at 1 PM for a Middle Tennessee community conversation to express your needs and hopes for Independent Living services in our area. This meeting will be virtual via Zoom.
You can register for the Community Conversation here: bit.ly/etspilcc23.

They will draw for one door prize at the end of the meeting. You have to have participated in the meeting to be eligible.  If you cannot attend this meeting, an online survey is available here: bit.ly/etspils23

Please share this email with people with disabilities in the area who would like to participate. The more voices we have, the more informed the SPIL will be.
