We’re sticking with our music theme for one more week as we are visited by local roots and country musician Ellen Angelico joins us for a performance and class all about the Nashville music scene. Ellen is an in-demand session musician and can currently be seen in the touring bands of Cam and Lola Kirke. The Nashville Scene calls Ellen an “ace of all things stringed” and “one of the greatest utility players in Nashville.” She is featured on numerous records and has played everywhere from the Grand Ole Opry to Križanke. Ellen also works with Music aLIVE, a program of the nonprofit Whippoorwill Arts that brings high quality folk and roots music performances to community agencies.
