Empower Music Therapy have done two different classes with our life skills class and were a big hit. Kate Kelly uses music to help us express emotions, learn things about ourselves, and grow as individuals.

This summer, Empower will have a “Rockstars” group, which is an inclusive group for teens and young adults ages 18yrs and older. In this group we will use music to write songs, express emotions and build social skills. Group will be from 2:30 - 3:30 on Fridays and will run for 6 Fridays. The cost is $300 and scholarships are available.
