Muralist Andee Rudloff will lead an Our Place Nashville volunteer project in the community space at our new cluster of Friendship Houses: painting a mural spotlighting the concept of community as defined by our Friendship House residents.

The theme for 2024’s Martin Luther King, Jr., Day is “It Starts With Me: Shifting the Cultural Climate through the Study and Practice of Kingian Nonviolence.” What better way to illustrate this theme than the building of a diverse and inclusive community together with Our Place Nashville’s Friendship Houses!

The date — Saturday, January 13 — is set aside for painting of the mural. But we will be sending out more information in December. This is going to be fun!
