The KBK Project Initiative invites individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to come to a Halloween Costume Party at Progress Inc. A family member or caregiver can accompany the partygoer.

The cost is $5/person and the event will include food, beverages, music, and a fun, interactive environment.
