Back by popular demand, Megan from MOVE Inclusive Dance will get our blood flowing and our bodies moving with this FUN interactive class. MOVE Inclusive Dance offers numerous dance classes at their Bellevue studio that a number of our residents participate in. Find out more about their classes here.

Our Place Nashville’s Monday night life skills classes are available to ALL Friendship House residents and those on our waiting list. If you are not yet on our waiting list but would like to drop by for a class, you are welcome! Please contact us to let us know.

Monday night classes take place at our fifth Friendship House’s Community Room near the Nashville Zoo from 6:30 pm - 7:30pm. Please reach out for the exact address. All classes also are available on Zoom for those who are unable to make it in person.
