Our Place Nashville’s Family Group meets virtually the first Tuesday of the month. This group is for families of Friendship House resident friends and for the families of individuals on Our Place Nashville’s waiting list. Organizers will send you the link by email in advance of the meeting.
This evening’s focus will be on conservatorships and answer the questions that many of us have: What is a conservatorship? When and for whom is it appropriate? What are the types of conservatorships? What are the duties of a conservator? How do you create a conservatorship?
Attorney Melinda Brown is the facilitator for this meeting. In 2012 she formed Melinda Brown Law, based in Murfreesboro, where she and her Associate Attorney focus on social security disability, conservatorships, probate and estates, trust, and business formation.
