Empowered Gents is a social group hosted by Empower TN on the first Thursday of the month from 4:00 pm - 5:50 pm. The Gents gather to share experiences and life hacks that increase the independence and confidence of those in the group. Participation is free.

In anticipation of the start of Spring, we’ll be discussing what seeds we are planting or planning on nourishing and growing. Are there areas in our lives that have been placed on pause over the winter season that we would like to bring out of hibernation?
