Emily Herbert, a lawyer and social worker from Nashville's Public Defender's Office, will be joining us to talk about what people with special needs can expect if they find themselves part of a legal proceeding (e.g, how pushing a sibling or parent, or threatening to hurt them, can result in a serious criminal charge once the person turns 18-years-old, regardless of level of functioning).
